Arrival and Departure Policy

An early check in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be booked from the previous night. Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

Guarantee Policy

All bookings must be guaranteed at time of reservation by a Credit Card or a Travel Agency Voucher. All major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Group reservation cancellation with no charge will be accepted only 15 days prior to the planned date of arrival. One night's stay will be levied as a retention change for cancellations received 3 days prior to arrival Full stay will be levied for cancellations of group bookings received within 7 days prior to arrival Cancellation shall attract one night retention charges one day before the arrival for individual booking. No-show shall attract one night retention charges.
